Spring traditionally is the season to focus on our liver, gall bladder and digestion in holistic healing
practices like Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Eastern and Western Herbalism.

A time to eat lighter, cleansing foods in tune with growing seasonal greens.
A time to awaken and ready our bodies for the warmer expansive seasons, ignite our digestive fire with
bitter and spicy flavours and let go of all that no longer serves us as we spring forward.

This week’s menu mixes it up, keeping dishes aligned with lighter early spring style foods and
bright with punchy flavours.
