This week, we are bringing asparagus spears and rhubarb stalks into our kitchens with some simple, clean recipes that let us taste these farm-fresh vegetables' flavours.

Meal ideas to try
Brunch ~ asparagus frittata + microgreen salad followed by rhubarb, berry bowls. 

Dinner ~ garlic thyme chicken + grilled asparagus with salad and rhubarb apple crumble for dessert.

Veg night ~ black beans with asparagus < great for tacos, botanical bowls and brunch plates.

Black beans, grounding spices + asparagus make a great base for different meals, stir in chopped spinach, chard or kale to add extra greens & nutrient density.  Use in breakfast burritos, brunch plates, veggie bowls, taco’s or even a warm veggie dip when served with endives or romaine leaves.
